Once a diagnosis is made, take a deep breath, remain calm, and STAY POSITIVE.
Don’t hide from Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or another diagnosis.
At this EARLY STAGE, ACCEPT the situation while everyone can talk to one another.
A POSITIVE ATTITUDE will NOT cure the condition, but IMPROVES the brain’s attitude.
This IMPROVES long-term relationships and builds a FUTURE between friends, family, and self.
Embrace this CHALLENGE.
Allow GRATITUDE to be part of your day, which means being POSITIVE.
Can a rainy day be POSITIVE? Think about it. It helps flowers and crops grow. If stuck inside, rearrange the furniture, read a book, take a nap, or call a friend. If it’s a storm, reach out to others, a scared dog.
If you can’t be there, find a way to help.
MOVE FORWARD.
